If you have insurance through this company, and Apollo insurance handles your policy, you better hope and pray that you are never involved in any kind of accident. This is like not having any insurance at all. Beware and do your homework BEFORE you sign up with this company. All of the money that one has to pay out of pocket is horrendous, not to mention that EVERYTHING gets denied. Dont learn the hard way as I did. 8 months and still unsatisfied with the way my entire claim was handled. Everything is stalled from the get go. That should tell you something

I am a NW customer. my car was stolen about 1 month ago & I have been renting a car for 28 days...it has been a "nightmare" receiving my reinbursement checks from NW. I was considering droppn NW, but once Manager Laura Rivera got her hands on my claim she changed what looked like a nightmare n2 a ray of "sunshine!"...bcuz of Laura, I have changed my mind about leaving NW.  I am HAPPY to say that I will remain in the NW FAMILY!!! thanks to Laura being such a commited, devoted and dedicated employee....itz ppl like Laura that gives NW an A+++ reputation and makes the company look GOOD!

Edna Portillo at extension 2713 in the coorporate office is AMAZING!!!  I call insurance companies all day long and out of all the insurance agents I speak with, she is by far the friendliest, most helpful, and trustworthy. Not only does she return my calls, answers promptly, but she calls back to follow up! I am speaking from both companies, Wheels of Chicago and finance company Chicago Acceptance that we are so grateful for the customer service we recieve from her. I teach my employees the importance of customer service and I want them all to call and speak to Edna so they can learn from her.

Edna Portillio, provided excellent customer service when I applied for insurance.  Edna explained the policies very carefully, she was patient and very kind.  I come back to this insurance company over and over again because they provide excellent customer service and it's genuine.  They show customers how much they really care about them. 

I talked to Musa Syed over the phone on 3/24, he was supposed to renew my insurance and send me a temporary insurance card to my e-mail.  I called him back twice on that day but the card never came. I didn't have the card but still drove the car over the weekend, however, I learned on Monday I did not have insurance at all. I received the temp card in my e-mail on Monday afternoon but I didn't check my e-mails until after 9pm today.  Musa was supposed to insure my 2002 chevy impala but he place the insurance on my 2006 Chyrsler instead.  I've had insurance on my chrysler with another carrier for 2 years now. I explained to Musa that the quote he gave me was really high for the 2002 chevy and he stated the insurance went up. He also said that I could not get the discount because of the time it was without insured.  I told Musa it just expired on 2/16/12 and asked him what the cutoff was that would make the cost almost double.  Bottom line, I am not happy about this mistakeand expect it to be rectified immediately.  I rated this a #1 because that was the lowest number you had but it should be rated negative. I've sent Musa an e-mail as well but need a positive response that this is corrected. Tel# 708 534-6652 or 708 543-9959.

The service at the Cicero office is EXCEPTIONAL, with great friendly customer service. I always recommend Northwest to family and friends. I've been a loyal customer for over 8 years and will be for many years to come.
