Rafael was very polite and efficient I got here to start a policy and had me out the door in less 10 mins. It worked out great because I was on a time limit. I will definitely recommend this location to everyone. Everyone here was polite and me feel welcomed as I walked in.

I am a NW customer. my car was stolen about 1 month ago & I have been renting a car for 28 days...it has been a "nightmare" receiving my reinbursement checks from NW. I was considering droppn NW, but once Manager Laura Rivera got her hands on my claim she changed what looked like a nightmare n2 a ray of "sunshine!"...bcuz of Laura, I have changed my mind about leaving NW.  I am HAPPY to say that I will remain in the NW FAMILY!!! thanks to Laura being such a commited, devoted and dedicated employee....itz ppl like Laura that gives NW an A+++ reputation and makes the company look GOOD!

I recommend that Laura gets a RAISE & a PROMOTION!!!
