I purchased a vehicle from World Hyundai in Matteson and currently had insurance, after speaking with Dorothy Cullens for a quote to add another vehicle, she was so helpful, explained everything to me and quoted me a better rate than my current insurance company.  I am very pleased with her professionalism, accuracy that I've referred more customers to her.
