Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with your staff. i began car insurance coverage with your company Sept. 2008. Originally spoke with Lana who was very helpful and pleasant. After six months was up, called to get another quote and dealt with Merriel.  Again, very helpful and nice.  I had several questions and concerns and never once did either of them give me the impression I was "bugging them".  After a year of service , spoke with Merriel and she was able to help me considerably with the same great attitude.  Recently I called for home owners insurance and spoke with Justin.  Again......a different agent with the same great work ethic.  I am just beginning the house hunting process and have enquired on several homes and Justin has been knowledgeable and quick with results.  I am really impressed with not only the great rates I get but the wonderful service.  These days that is such a rare thing!!!!!  Northwest/Specnee is lucky to have such great employees!!!!!
