I'VE BEEN A CUSTOMER SINCE 2005. VANESSA HAS BEEN VERY HELPFUL IN FINDING ME LOW PRICES ON MY INSURANCE. SHE ALSO TAKES THE TIME TO EXPLAIN MY INSURANCE OR ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. IF VANESSA IS NOT AVAILABLE LUPE IS ALSO NICE AND VERY HELPFUL SHE HAS HELPED ME IN A ACCIDENT. NORTHWEST INSURANCE IS A GREAT COMPANY. AND THEY HAD A CONTEST WERE I WON TICKETS FOR A CONCERT. WHICH WAS REALLY NICE.
